As long as we drive inside a city we are allowed to go max 50 km/h.
Outside the city the speed limit is 80 or 120 (depends on the road )
But we don't have many problems with cops and everyone doesn't follow the limits inside our city in the wide roads .

Yes i can make it up to 80cc and police won't do anything if I don't make stupid things in front of them .

What do you mean deristrict my derbi ? I bought it and I thought that it doesn't have any restrictors Now I can go to 75-80 km/h without any change in the engine and exhaust . Mine has restrictors ?

if you buy a new moped in belgium / holland / france /germany they will be restricted at 45 km/h
