By the way, all those people nagging about that you're being fooled etc. You're not. All these kind of models are original, but not in West-europe. They're more likely to be found in the South of Europe, and sometimes in the North. So don't worry, you're not fooled at all.

But I always thought that in the South of Europe there were more am6 mopeds driving around, such as: Motohispania and TZR for instance.

How strict is the police? Do you get much troubles when they get you with a moped that is quicker than a original moped?

Here in Greece you can't be in troubles for such things .
Most 50cc original bikes are tuned to 80cc or 110cc . Police doesn't pay attention to moppeds if you have drivers license !
But there aren't many motards or street bikes . They love things like this

Yes . My town has 40.000 people and there are 20-25 derbis and aprilias . But I don't mind . I love Derbis
