Yep, I agree. It's missing the '01--> RM125/250 airbox currently.
Looking for one.. at ebay most sellers are asking way too much of the airboxes / the postage costs are insane.

Might try to look for an older RM airbox ('96-00).. not sure how it'll fit with the newer RM plastics / rear subframe.

I dont think that that will fit because the 01 and above models have total different plastics

Found some Suzuki RM 250 2006 parts..
- OEM exhaust chamber and silencer
- Air box (bad condition)
- Plastics
- New rear sprocket
..
All those only 110 euros including postage costs. Great deal!

It looks very sure, that the TSR will be rideable at next weekend. 8-)

I have been working on with the wiring.. I need to buy some more wires, connectors.. etc. so I can complete it.
Then the bike has working lights and horn.

On Tuesday I'll fabricate some spacers for the wheels, rear shock and engine.

Tomorrow I'll post you some pictures of the cylinder (not finished - I need to fill the transfer channels with epoxy.. my goal is always to make them as perfect as possible).

Sounds like you're making some good progress.
How's the weather for you, can you already ride as soon as your build is finished?

Yes, there hasn't been any snow for about 3 weeks now.
Thought the TSR has excellent tires now (Michelin M12 Cross Competition), that'll have grip even on snow!

I'm hoping the GoPro China Edition's mounts are arriving next week..
I bought some mounts last week, but they didn't fit. If they would have fitted; I would have got some riding video of the Derbi.
Sadly the Derbi has problems with the carburetor and exhaust.. probably they will be fixed tomorrow.

PS. The best 0-200m time with the Derbi is now 9.72s / 122.8km/h final speed.. with over flowing carburetor (air filter got wet -> very rich jetting) and leaking exhaust pipe. :D

The cylinder really is huge, when compared to a D50B0 cylinder!

Good news! Piston rings gap ~0.40mm | min. 0.40mm and max. 0.55mm, so there's left a lot of km's!
