Electrical problems

Hello.

My gilera's high beam indicator is always on when i start the motor but the light itself switches from low to high but the indicator is always on. Also my blinker indicator is weak, it worked well for some hours but then it went weak again. Blinkers work fine. What could be the problem? I already checked all the connections behind the front light.
