Hey guys!

I have a Derbi senda DRD racing 50 (2006 model) and I want to upgrade it from 50cc to 80cc.

I want you to tell me what is necessery to be changed, Cylinder & piston, exhaust, carburetor etc. And which ones are the best for my derbi.
My budget is around 500€.

I want it to have both good acceleration and good top speed. Right now it goes up to 90km/h but it hasn't got good acceleration... It "loads" slow.
I think it's because of the 14 teeth front sprocket.

This is my derbi:

How much € will all those together cost? And what will the performance of my bike will be? Will it has a good acceleration and top speed?
Also, do you know where I can buy them?

Thank you!

cylinder: i'd rather buy a malossi 80 replica
exhaust: scr corse 50/70 hand made or if you got enough money a metrakit pro race
carburettor: if you really wanna have a good acceleration a 28mm stage6 would be good, but you can buy a 21pwk stylepro this one costs around 70euros without shipment costs

website: http://www.gearparts24.de/derbi/senda-b ... k3_35.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

id dont think gearparts has a 21 stylepro pwk tho, but they sell are other carburettors too ;)

How many kilometers did your Derbi drive 'till today? When it are more than 15.000km, I would advise you to change crankshaft.

Before you choose a kit, it is important that we know where you use you're Derbi for, just for fun rides, or also to drive to school with?

Okay.

You don't have to change your crankshaft with a 80cc cylinder kit.
Because you don't have very many kilometers driven.

The MHR 80 Replica is a really good cylinder.
Many power, but not so high rev's.

A 24 millimeter carburator is pretty good for this setup. You can also go for a 21mm if you dont want to use so many gasoline.
Or a 28mm if you don't care :emo:

13 teeth front sprocket is more then enough ;)

Hey guys, thank you for replying!

I think i'll get the Malossi MHR 80cc replica, is it good enough?
Also which exhaust do you think might be the best one?

Thank you.

Why not Airsal 80? It's as good as the Malossi but much cheaper!

Heb je niets aan, behalve als hij door je eigen schuld vastloopt. Airsal zal nog wel ietsje sneller zijn, en een stuk goedkoper.

I would recommed the normal MHR80 than, it has a bit more power than the Replica one. A 21mm carb is just enough, but not the max...

Hey guys,

I found these two, what's your opinion about them?
Are they worth it?
What will be my derbi's top speed with those?
Will it gain good acceleration?

Also, what else is it neccesary to be changed? except the carburetor.

Thank you!

You'll have to change the crankshaft, and better clutch springs and plates.
