Ik heb hem gekopieerd van crazy moto en mijn excuses als er hier en daar belabberd engels staat, maarja, ik was nog stukje jonger.

Mijn eerste post daar was op 20 Juni, toen was ik er al een tijdje mee bezig.
Hello!
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Onno and i'm from the Netherlands.
I have looking around this Forum for almost 2 years now, and i love what u guys are making.
I thought, let me show that here up north, we also can build crazy things!
I have a historie in mopeds wich i shall update later on, beceaus right now i have school.
I started with rebuilding a Gilera GSM on the age of 15.

After that i bought a Aprilia RS, witch i modified a little bit when i was just around 17. Not much, beceaus i drove it for 1 month. I didn't like the way they drove.

Then i rebuilded my first Derbi Senda into a Monster Energie Senda on the age of 17.

Please reply in english. I'm not good at French, and i have to run it through a translator, but then i'll get weird anwsers.
I'm gonna copy my dutch project right now, but i'll will translate it to English this afternoon.
And now i'm 18, i made this:
I bought it like this;

Then i made it like this;

I wanted something else, and i always like the sound of a fourstroke engine.
So i bought a Honda XR100 engine witch was fitted into a Derbi Senda frame.
This guy also made a Aluminum gas tank.
He drove it around with orginal derbi parts.

I had some DRD Pro plastics so i tried to fit this on my bike.
It worked pretty well as you can see.
I modified the subframe for this to work.

Then i had to adjust the seating.

I bought a Honda CR125 rear axle casing

Then i also bought a front fork of a Honda CR250.
Then i just put in in without bearings or anything. Everty thing loose.
So it looks a bit sketchy or crooked.

The moped is pretty high now.
I'm 1,90 meters tall.

Then i bought a Aprilia SXV front brake disc.
Put some new holes in it and there u have it.

Then i bought an Aprilia SXV front fender and number plate

Then i machined a new back axle so it wil fit the bearings from my back wheel.

Then i machined down the orginal front axle and made a new bold on the right side.
This will now fit in my front wheel.

Then i machined down the original pen of the front fork plate.
Now it was fitting thight with the bearings.

I bought a 4 piston Brembo front caliper.

I bought:
a 16mm frontbrake pump.
Pro Taper Handlebars, 28mm, Fatbar.
Pro Tapper Oversize handle bar clams
I machined 2 aluminum tubes en welded this on my Rear axle casing.
I also made the rear suspension higher by 3cm.

I made a mounting for the front caliper, and then i was able to right it for the first time again!

Then i went to a meeting, so i put some ugly TNT side shields on it, just for that day.

I also bought a new brake disc for the back.
I got a DRD Pro subframe when i bought the DRD Pro plastics and i saw some beautifull foot peggs.
So i made them on mine.

After riding for a while i was bored with it, and wanted something different.
So i opend up Photoshop, and came with this. And this is how it begun.

Bought some stickers.

KTM EXC 2008 Plastics

I'm not gonna use this one, so it's for sale.
I have a KTM Supermoto Front Fender.

Then i was bussy for a day or so with the back of the subframe.
Adjusting it, welding and so on and made the rear plastic of the KTM fit.
I also made a different mounting for the seating.
Now i just got to make the foam of the seat more fitting and put some lether over it and it's done.

Here is what i did today.
I have finished the seating.
It's pretty good now.
For the photo's, i duc taped the front plastic on it.
It's to big for me right now, so this is probably gonna take some time to make it fit.
I'll let u guys know when i made some more progress!
The pictures;

A small update from me.
I adjusted one front plastic. I needs 1 more mounting on the back and the fuel cap needs some adjustments and then it fit's and is oke!
I like it!

I got up early to work on my bike.
I adjusted the other side, and now are both front radiator plastics adjusted to my seat and frame.
I still need to adjust the fuel cap better.
I'm gonna finish welding the rear of the frame and make a tail light mounting.
Then all i have left is make plastics between the rear plastics and the frame.
It's nearly done!

I don't have much time to work on it wright now beceaus of my work.
But here is a little something i did. (l)

Again a small update.
I tyript the mufler under it yesterday, but damn it was huge.

So i started shorting it yesterday, and finisht it today, and put it under it. Tyrip power.

By the way, the KTM exhaust is 45mm in diameter, and the exhaust i had under it 28mm.

To:

I had a little energie left after work.
So i did a little work on my bike. (l)

Little something
Fixt the mulfer mounting.
I got to ajust the exhaust onto the mufler.
Make the plastics fit on top off the fuell tank and the airbox.
Then prepare everything for paint and poadercoat and then i'm gonna build it up once again!

UPDATE!
I got some stuff.

New front brake line of a EXC
The airfilter plastic is shipped today.
Then i bought some 40mm Stainless Steel piping and build an exhaust!
Let the picture's do the speaking!

Update:
My wheels are being sand blasted.
Airfilter plastic came in today.
Starts to look like something now.

First a picture of my WP Suspesion decal set.

Update,
Got my KTM headlight. (l)
Put my new front brake line on it.
Rebuiled it a little bit for the looks.
I'm waiting on 2 more orders, and then it's as good as finished with the frabricating stuff.
Then paint and poadercoat, and i'm all set.

Just the last shoot before paint and poadercoat!
I put new foam in the seating and re did it with Skai.
I made a mounting for the tail light.
I got a new clutch holder with the light and indicator buttons.
Put new grips on the bars.

Got my digital speedo meter!

Well, here are the first foto's of the parts, back from paint and poadercoat! (l)

Here's a little something something. (l) :bave:

I GOT MY WHEELS BACK! (l)
I made one picture, but it was raining like hell.

Tomorrow more!
